2024年11月11日、株式会社アイラッシュガレージは創立10周年迎えることができました。これもひとえにお客様、お取引様、アイデザイナー様、全ての関係者の皆さまの多大なるご支援あってのものであり心より感謝申し上げます。

10年前、アイラッシュガレージはビューティガレージグループの1社として、まつげエクステに特化した商材の卸事業、開業・経営支援事業を運営する会社として、役員5名社員１名、一緒に働いてくれる仲間を探すところからスタートしました。

当時急激にニーズが高まり、今後の成長が見込まれるまつげエクステ市場である一方で、美容師免許制度の問題やグルー成分の問題による安全性への不安、消費生活センターなどへ寄せられる危害の相談件数の増加による安心安全な技術の教育制度の確立など、業界における課題を解決させる専門家集団の登場が求められている背景がございました。

今では、サロン様におけるアイサービスは、まつげエクステ、ラッシュリフト、アイブロウと多様化し、トレンド、コミュニケーションの手法も変化しています。新たな技法も次々と開発されています。

10年前あたりまえであったことが、時代遅れで非常識になったりもします。

時代の変化に対応し、生き残っていくためには、変わり続けること。変わり続けるには素直な気持ちで学び続けることが大切です。

「あたりまえ」の反対語は「ありがとう」です。今あることは、関わってくださった皆さまのおかげであります。決してあたりまえではないのです。

On November 11, 2024, EYELASH GARAGE Inc. celebrated its 10th anniversary. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our customers, b usiness partners, eye designers, and all related parties for the tremendous support we received.

10 years ago, EYELASH GARAGE was established as a member of the BEAUTY GARAGE Group, a company that operates a wholesale business for products specializing in eyelash extensions, as well as a business start -up and management support business. At the beginning, our team consisted of five executives and one employee. I embarked on this journey by seeking friends to join me. Our inception was motivated by the need for a collective of experts to tackle challenges such as the complexities of the cosmetology licensing system, safety concer ns regarding adhesive ingredients, and the establishment of a robust education framework for safe and effective techniques, particularly in response to the increa sing number of inquiries related to consumer safety.

Nowadays, eye services at salons have diversified to include eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and eyebrows, and trends and communication methods are also changi ng. New techniques are being developed one after another.

What was commonplace 10 years ago may now be outdated and unreasonable.

In order to thrive and adapt to these transformations, It's important to remember that our successes are thanks to everyone involved. They are not to be taken for granted.
